BLT Caesar Pasta Salad is the perfect choice for any picnic or potluck this summer!
Litehouse creamy dressing does not shy away from parmesan and garlic and has just the right amount of anchovy. It’s my go to for a traditional Caesar salad, Charred Caesar salad and an excellent topper for Hasselback potatoes! For a fun twist, I used a corkscrew pasta but any pasta you have on hand will do. It took me so many years to convince my son that pasta is the same as macaroni and it tastes the same!
For serving, you can make the pasta salad in advance however I recommend leaving out the croutons and romaine lettuce until just before serving so it doesn’t get all soggy and sad looking.
You can find further info on the products I used on the Living Litehouse Blog.
