- Fill with cold water until the eggs are covered with an inch of water.With the lid on bring to a rolling boil. Once you achieve the boil, turn the heat off and keep the lid on.
- Set your timer for 15 minutes.
- Plunge the eggs in ice cold water for 10 minutes to stop the cooking process.
- Peel or refrigerate for later use
