I’ve been browsing around for gluten free options. Not too long ago I found out I’m sensitive to it. Nothing major but it’s nice to know if I wanted to get serious about cutting back I wouldn’t have to give up things like brownies. High five!
This particular recipe uses ground Almonds in place of most the flour. The other thing that stood out was the use of one bowl. Such a bonus finding recipes that call for little effort and big rewards. They are dense, rich and won’t last long once you’ve tried them. Yum!
