Even with the weather warming up to an acceptable temperature, I miss the beaches of Mexico! We travel there towards the end of every winter. It’s hard to handle a long cold season without having something to look forward to. This shake definitely achieves a beachy tropical feel. Coconut, Banana, Pineapple – Is there a better combo? Maybe Chocolate and Peanut Butter but I have that covered too.
One of my favorite parts of traveling is enjoying the frothy blender drinks while not caring one bit about calories! I’ve come up with a healthier alternative I can drink at home guilt free while staying on track (sort of) My site is called Friday Cake Night, lets be real here.
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ large frozen banana
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup coconut Greek yogurt
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
