I love oatmeal. I can eat it 7 days a week for breakfast. So when I saw this recipe, I got excited. I had the chance to try a piece of this square tonight from Angie. I am hooked. I will be baking a double batch first thing in the morning. It is very moist, light and tasty. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes oatmeal.
