It’s time to celebrate Canada Day and The Fourth of July! Depending on which side of the border you live on. We enjoy our neighbours across the border so much, we may just have to celebrate both!
This time of year we enjoy keeping the heat outdoors and use the grill as much as possible. Rather than steaming our corn on the cob, I place it right on the gill alongside burgers or hotdogs for an easy, laid back dinner on the patio or at the campsite. Grilling corn is super simple! Keep the grill on medium heat and just keep turning the corn occasionally to get nice char marks.
