Do you have an ice cream maker? Grab your open sign and fire up the slushie machine. You’re officially a corner store!
Are you wondering why you never thought of this before? I sure am!
You know those presents you receive that are actually meant for someone else to enjoy? My husband bought me a Kitchenaid stand mixer a few years ago for
Christmas. Best present ever! But I know it was actually a win for him too. Oh it’s easier to make cookies now you say? I see what’s going on here Trevor. Hey, do you even read this blog?
Same goes for the ice cream attachment I received a year later. Now “we” can make ice cream! I don’t even mind though, every time I use the mixer I’m blown away how quickly I can get a batch of cookies on the baking sheet. They’re ready to go before the oven is even preheated!
I’m excited I found another use for this attachment. Just pour in the beverage and give it a few minutes to create a perfectly icy slush at home.
These slushy drinks can be made with any type of pop/soda, soft drink? I’m trying to cover all the lingo here. Bummer alert – diet varieties don’t work. They come out hard as a rock! Much to my dismay because I do love my alleged chemical laced wonderful no sugar added Pepsi max!
- Variety of Pop or Juices.
- Add the pop or juice to an ice cream machine or ice cream attachment.
- Turn the machine and churn until the liquid is icy.
