Time to start thinking about decorating, shopping and the all important meals coming up! Each year the kids and I host a holiday breakfast at our house. We’re fortunate to have both sets of grand parents in town. It’s great to get together and pajamas are always welcome. Encouraged actually….
Hope you guys had a better week than I did.
I had to wash my hair bent over the tub three nights in a row. Talk about treat of the week! Not the end of the world but coupled with a bad back it sure wasn’t my favorite way to spend 20 minutes every night. Our on demand water tank called it quits! I spent more time than I would’ve liked boiling water in our large canning pot and washing my hair and kids using a plastic juice jug. Just a little tip – It’s not wise to fill a huge pot to the top, boil and then walk through the house with it. Sorry toes!…
The cast iron skillet is making an appearance once again. It’s my favorite way to serve food. So rustic and the results are always amazing!
