This is the third recipe I’ve gotten from one large can of pumpkin. First the pumpkin cinnamon loaves, then the pumpkin cheesecake brownies and now these pumpkin blondies. I’m having a hard time choosing which one is my favorite, though I am leaning towards the cheesecake brownies. Only because they’re like having two desserts in one. More dessert is always better in my opinion. Then again, I could very easily eat this entire pan of blondies. Such a predicament!…
After making the pumpkin cinnamon loaf, I had quite a bit of leftover canned puree. So I went to work on this delicious combination of my favorite brownie layered with an easy pumpkin cheesecake. I think it’s entirely possible I fell into a chocolate coma with this one. I made this trifle for Litehouse awhile back and I totally forgot to post the recipe here! I can’t even believe it because this chocolate covered strawberry brownie trifle is out of this world! Going into creating this one I had a feeling it would be pretty good. Brownies that soak in a bit so some pieces taste more like cake, chocolate mousse, vanilla mousse, fresh strawberries, plus a homemade strawberry sauce all topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. It is hands down my favorite dessert in a long time. We gave some away but mostly my husband I just ate this over a weekend with no guilt whatsoever. I’d do it again in a heart beat!…
